Clearstream Services is certified by Det Norske Veritas (DNV), one the world's leading accredited certifying bodies, as meeting the requirements of two International Standards, namely ISO 9001:2000/TickIT for Quality Management and ISO/IEC 20000:2005 for IT Service Management. To ensure continued compliance and continuous improvement, DNV performs an independent review of IT processes every six months.

Software Excellence

Clearstream has also received the Software Excellence award from the European Software Institute (ESI) in December 2003 in recognition of our continuous commitment to quality, process improvement and the excellence of our software process capabilities.

The Statement on Auditing Standards No. 70 (SAS70) review conducted annually also confirms that IT and related processes have been through an in-depth audit of their control activities.

Professionel du Secteur Financier

In 2004 Clearstream Services S.A., the IT subsidiary of Clearstream, was awarded the status of ‘Professionnel du Secteur Financier’ (PSF) from the Luxembourg Ministry of Finance as an ‘Operator of IT systems and communication networks’ for the financial community.
