In order to comply with the circulars of the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) and the Institutsvergütungsverordnung (InstitutsVergV) regulating Clearstream banking activities respectively in Luxembourg and in Germany, Clearstream publishes in the following pages the respective remuneration policies and yearly statement for both European locations.
